No. We digitize your logo for stitching at no charge — a service most embroidery suppliers bill for — with unlimited proof revisions until you approve. Nothing goes into production on a file you haven’t signed off. Vector artwork is preferred; we can also review high-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF files and prepare them for embroidery when the artwork is usable — low-resolution or highly detailed artwork may need clarification or simplification first. Details: custom logo robes.
In-stock orders are embroidered within 24 business hours after your embroidery file or personalization details are approved. Weekends and major holidays are excluded, and shipping transit is additional. Unusually large or complex orders get a confirmed timeline before production begins.
